3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a licence to display it within the app. You must have rights to all content you post.

 

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines. No refunds are issued in cases of removal for rule violations.

 

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Use the app at your own risk. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users, real-world interactions, or third-party services linked to within the app.

 

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Women may be granted free access at Pineapple’s discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store.

 

7. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
